Baking away a rainy day!

Today was rather a rainy one so I got alot done in the  kitchen in preparation for guests arriving - THis is Maggie Beers Walnut Flat Bread which I bake till crispy and serve with our cheese boards at Dinner.
This is the faltbread priot to going in the oven.
These are Oat & honey crackers - also for cheeseboards. We have a gorgeous selection of quality New Zealand cheeses at the moment, thanks to Robyn at The Nelson Cheese Shop:
Talbot Forest Vintage cheddar                                                 
Karikaas Vintage Maasdam                                                      
Whitestone Windsor Blue                                                            
Mercer Walnut Gouda                                                             

Chocolate Sable Biscuits which will look better when sandwiched together with homemade coffee icecream! (Also made this morning!)
